Therefore I eat a lot of spinach.....

It’s No secret that veggies like spinach can power up our bodies with more nutrients than probably any other food.  Spinach has tons of Vitamin A & C.  But really important is that research done on spinach has found lots of compounds in it that function as anti-cancer agents.   THEREFORE, I EAT A LOT OF SPINACH.

Research has also found that spinach may help protect our brains from oxidative stress and can reduce the effects of decline in brain function due to getting older.   (Biggie)

THEREFORE, I EAT A LOT OF SPINACH.
