Well just to share the experience I had during Ramadhan. Good thing about it is well religiously its a good thing and for the health well you clean up everything inside of the body of yours and well you lose weight to. In fact during the whole ramadhan period I lost 5 KG. Then comes Hari Raya which is a glorious celebration where we meet our love ones, celebrate and well eat. The bad thing bout it though is I gain 3KG within just 3 days! It’s so hard to lose 3KG but it’s just so easy to get them back. Lucky after the fourth day I start easing back into my diet routing and just two days ago I start working out again resulting to sore muscles yesterday and today. But well no pain no gain right
