When you’re trying to lose body fat as quickly as possible it’s important to understand how to wreck your diet.  I know, most will focus on what they need to do right.  But if you don’t truly understand the concept of a low carb diet you can lose all progress without even realizing why.

Don’t Be Too Strict With The Carbs

You’re supposed to eat as few carb calories as possible, but you don’t want to reach the point where you can’t stand up straight without your knees buckling.

And that’s not an exaggeration.  If you’re too restrictive and starve your system of energy it can leave you fatigued to the point of exhaustion.  Then it effects your personal life, it effects your ability to work.

When that happens you’ll have no choice but to quit the diet.

Move It To Lose It

You’re trying to turn your body into a fat furnace.  And scaling back on the amount of carbs will force your body to burn body fat to fuel your movements.

But do you know what kicks the fat burning into over drive?  Incorporating some exercise.  Shocking, I know.  But your energy levels are going to be low, so don’t overdue it in the beginning.

Just some moderate execise will shed a few extra pounds a month when on a low carb diet.
